The first three months can the job can make a huge difference in your life. It can be as simple as having a job verses not having one! When you are a new employee, make sure that you represent yourself in the most positive way. Some things to think about are punctuality, loyalty, team work, positive attitude, and professionalism. You must prove yourself to be the employee that the company needs, and that includes building good relationships with co-workers as well as your employers.
