When job hunting, sending out the same resume file a thousand times is not the way to go. Instead, you should tailor each resume to the specific job you are applying for. Some things to think about are the exact qualifications required in the job post, and using them inside of your resume. Also, try to add as many relevant achievements you had for every email you send out.
